I have not received the item, they shipped one portion of my order (the handlebars) and not the rest. They auto closed my order and marked it as complete WITHOUT SENDING ME THE REMAINING ITEMS, and replied 'ok' to my inquiry about the status, delaying me past the dispute date. This means that as it stands, the seatpost which I paid for, is immaterial, and simply doesn't support my seat very well, as it doesn't exist, so that's a hard miss from me.
