When I tried to connect the computer to the monitor, there was a short circuit at the HDMI port of the monitor and it does not work anymore. The computer was off and the monitor was on when it happened. The short circuit left the whole floor without electricity. The HDMI port in the monitor was left with a black burnt mark. I contacted the seller via online chat and was told it was my mistake and they take no responsibility. Very frustrating, it was a gift to my son. This is a company that does not show respect to its customers and supplies faulty products that may also be dangerous to people operating them.

The seller shipped me a defect monitor. After I contacted him and tried to solve the problem with him he was rude and no help at all. I have never experienced such an unprofessional service by a legitemate company, if they are one at all. After this mess I will be leaving this matter in the hands of aliexpress hoping they will solve the problem and give my money back. Titan Army? More like "SENDING YOU A DEFECT MONITOR AND NOT REFUNDING YOUR MONEY" ARMY.
