Alright, so I was able to replace them and they work. SA1Q160A film is compatible with SA1Q189A. PS3Devwiki has a compatibility table. NB: Windows is unable to calibrate PS3 controller, so it doesn't show any presses. However, KDE on Linux has a "Joystick" program, which can display pressed buttons.
