there was a problem with the router. the seller has offered to help. but they do NOT seem to accept that their router has a problem. my sim card or sim cards is and are always the one at fault. how can all the sim cards from 4 different telephone companies failed at the same time when they are inserted in the same broken router. disappointed at the seller trying to be nice but instead turns out to be an ass. if i can get a refund i will ask for one right now.
