Holes not labeled and are both black, not colored as shown in picture, trial and error needed to determine which is MIC vs Phones. Headphones part work good but not successful with microphone yet. new lapel MIC with a TRRS plug is very noisy and supplied adapter makes no difference. I think there is compatibility issue with the lapel microphone TRRS (CTIA ???). The MIC doesn't work direct in laptop either.
