not bad. the weld in nice and clean but it's on the outside leaving a tiny hard to clean gap arround the thermowell on the seal side if the flange. The weld is very smooth and so would have been better to be on the seal side of the flange to stop liquid getting in the gap arround the tube. still a nice useful thermowell but could he improved. The gap is pretty tight but filled with weld would have been nice. still good value for money
