I received the item and found there're many fingerprints all over the products (thermometer as well as transmitter)! I'm sure the seller sent me a used or refurbished item instead of brand-new one, or the workers in the factory didn't wear any gloves and just use their bare-hands while they're doing inspection or packaging. I still can't believe I received a used item. Anyway, it's hard to return the item, so I just use it but not satisfied with the item at all.
