Seller communication was exemplary, shipping was fast and efficiently handled, they have answered queries quickly, can't thank them enough, will order again for sure. the printer works as described, print quality is fine, it prints quickly, the build quality is very high end. tested printing receipts with a few apps, works fine, be aware that printing labels via Bluetooth uses the manufacturer's proprietary app, on this occasion, the app works, but is a bit basic and occasionally crashes on my phone. this appears to be common practice with all of the manufacturers. hopefully with time, the app developer will improve and tweak it, or someone will come along and develop a universal app to work on all devices.
