I have never received the product. Before opening a dispute, I contacted the seller. It took a few days between each reply, so I took a step ahead to make it faster and called my post office to see if they could do something about it which said it was delivered. I contacted the seller again to mention what I did on my side. They then asked me to contact the post office, again, to ask for proof of delivery to open a dispute. Not worth the effort for the money. I would have done it if it was something expensive. In this case, not worth the hours to make all that done as I already called earlier.
