I received the parcel with great difficulty, I had to run through all the post offices to find it. The problem is that not all packages (especially expensive ones) reach the addressee. And you have to look for a parcel that came to the destination country at all post offices on your own. To a request to Aliexpress, you get the answer, "that the parcel is in the country of destination, so the seller receives full payment for the goods and the buyer must look for his goods all over the country and this is the buyer's problem" - although, in accordance with your rules, delivery must be before the specified address. It's sad that a company as big as Aliexpress doesn't stick to its rules.
