DONT BUY THIS. They are scammers. This product is not compatible with my car. They want me to return the product in order to get my refund. My return shipping costs $125 CAD which they are not willing to pay me back for. I am losing so much money because of their fault. He asked me to send him a pic of my original unit before sending this unit to me. If it wasn't compatible, they shouldn't of sent it. Response time of both the seller and the technicians are 2 days each response. I repeat do not buy this. If anything goes wrong. You will be waiting 2 days for each response from them. Take a look at the screenshots and see what kind of attitude I have to deal with when the error was on the sellers side. They even asked me to send a pic of the back of my original unit and then updated their product information with my picture to warn other buyers if they own my unit, not to purchase this product. Yes that is nice. BUT WHAT ABOUT ME? Did anybody warn ME?
