Customer service on Teyes cc2 is BAD! They only respond via text through Whats App. Here are some TIPS For the Mercedes C- class that may help you since ive spent hours figuring this out. *If your steering controls don't work, its NOT a Canbus issue. Use a home WIFI. (it wont download 5g or on 4g cell networks. OPEN the APP "TEYES" in menu and download all 4 APKS and Install. open the next subject and select your vehicle and type. (Mercedes+ SMART) Save by clicking ALL at bottom corner. Download ALL Apps in this App and install Restart your car. It should work now! *FOR USA* Sim card size is a Micro SD. Only AT&T will support this radio via GSM. *You wont get car info like TPMS or Speed without the OBD reader sold separately. * the directions included instruct you to plug the backup camera in the wrong place it wont work there just keep playing with it until you get it working.
