The product quality is great, but the pre-sale service is not the best. The seller takes between 2 and 4 days in order to respond to the questions. After I did the purchase, the situation with the responses didn't change at all (I experienced some anxiety at that point). But... after all, the item is here now and looks amazing. The post-sell service is a lot better; I experienced a couple of compatibility problems with my car, and they sent another cable specifically for my car version. I'm still waiting for that shipment. I'll upload pictures after install.
