hi. i got my order correctly but i have a small problem with it because it is asking me for an access code which i don't have and didn't get when i recieved my order i would like to get some help in that matter. i would like to have some help with my order or if you can send me an access code that is valid to my order because it wouldn't start working without the access code and i didn't find anything related in the manual that it came with. thank you for your time. i would like hearing from you as soon as possible to fix the problem.
