The package was packed very professionally. Everything was protected with bubble wrap and plastic covers. The parcel arrived after 3 months from the order without additional tax. Doll are made in high quality. Nothing is broken and all movable elements are working perfectly. There are no such beautiful dolls anywhere. The store is in constant communication with the consumer. They answers at every little question, they advise and they do it very professionally. We didn't like the make-up that they initially made so they made another head for us with another make-up that matches perfectly I recommend with all my heart. I will definitely come back for further purchases
