Item arrived in Greece 17 days after placing the order, in a plain plastic bag, in good condition, without any signs of damage. As it did not have any 'dummy proof' wiring instructions, I asked the seller for help: the seller was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and patient with me. He gave me plenty of good advise on this! This item is missing the 2 screws that are necessary to hold security the device/switch onto a panel, by tightening the (blue) metal disk onto the body of the switch. None of the pictures or description show or promise any screws but, to my humble opinion, they are necessary and the manufacturer should definitively include them. Because he does not, I chose 'neither satisfied or dissatisfied' (3 stars) as rating for the product. Other than this (useful) detail, the product looks good and of good manufacturing quality. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SELLER!!!
