supplier shipped the item the return it to his stores after 60 days. I did not receive my product.

21 days to France, very useful and simple. Build in battery. Small error in model name it's not L109, it's L019, like in the picture. It took the time directly from my land line, I only had to change the year. Instruction don't explain how to utilize memories. The original ring tone it's not the best but it is easy to change, it has 16 different ring tones. Good purchase I recommend if you are looking for a simple and cheap land line phone. The box looked old.
