Order placed on Sep 30, paid for DHL delivery, confirmation said "Will be shipped within (Business days) 7 Days". On Oct 7 the seller said the order had been shipped, and gave me a DHL number. That was FALSE: DHL said they had picked up NOTHING. I only got elusive answers from the seller. asked to cancel my order but they did not reply. The item was picked up by DHL on Oct 16, well beyond the maximum deadline for shipment. In the meantime, I had to purchase the same item elsewhere since I needed it for my work, so now I have two! I reported this to Aliexpress but they took no steps and closed my complaint. This is unfair. In the future I will refrain from making valuable purchases from Aliexpress.
