Thanks to this seller I finally got my TB6612FNG - I have tested one (ordered 3 for a 12V battery supplied project) and it works perfectly with two motors. Since they sell TB6612FNG and DRV8833, they know the difference (from two other sellers I used before finding this one, the first order never arrived, and the second one sent DRV8833 instead that can only work up to 10.8V)
