Customs declaration was a 'stage prop' and I agree. Can be a very good deal if you know what you want because you will get what you pay for. Picture does not show, but there is not much velcro for adjusting shoulder straps. People with small upper body will not be able to adjust carrier to ride high enough to cover vitals. Shoulder straps also do not seem to be able to carry heavy loads. Perfect for airsoft, do not think it can carry hydration pack or weight of live ammunition., or AR500 plates. Despite EMS shipping, product took over 7 weeks to arrive, probably Canada Post's fault because it was not keyed as priority when it should have, but tracking said it spent a month at a Chinese airport-maybe pandemic issues? Overall 3/5.
