The store has a fraudulent advertisement about the headphones. Everyone knows all headphone does not require batteries to work in the event that your batteries may die. Its common knowledge, what they will not say in the advertisement is that this product does not have have any battery connectors in it, show you pictures of the inside of the product so that you can see what you are getting for your money. I have been asking for a refund because their advertisement is fraudulent, they do not want to reimburse me my money back, instead they are trying to tell me to read. I am sure the can read when I say I want my money back. They are just talking circles, while I hold a defective product that I cannot use on the range.
