The packaging is not suitable for international delivery, (polystyrene is far too flimsy a material – a strong cardboard box would have been better,) and the way in which it is packaged up is very poor and unprofessional. The item arrived with the box crushed, split and the glass dome completely shattered into shards of glass. I have messaged the seller and raised a dispute. If I am given a full refund or replacement I shall add additional feedback to say so; if I am left out of pocket, with a large packet fit only for landfill, I shall do likewise.
