After place order I realise this comes with plastic case so I ask seller to sent another model 956 with aluminium case and I pay difference witch is 1 pound but he didn't accept and sent the 19q witch I ask for cancellation if he cannot sent 956 but he dispatched then I massage him and told him I will refuse the package then he cancelled it and I opened dispute 3 days ago but he refusing to accept and refund the money he hold my money when the shipment cancelled very bad customer service he ask to buy nothing from his shop very rude I buy 948 model locally in UK for 17 pound instead of 44 pound and long wait so there u go
