Buyer beware. I would caution any potential customers of Trinovisuals to think twice before placing an order. The company shipped me the wrong screen. I ordered a 106 acoustically transparent screen with an led light kit and they sent me a 100 non acoustically transparent screen with no kit. I pointed out this error and they blamed the error on the logistics company. I asked how this situation could be fixed and they told me I was unable to return the screen. They offered 120 as compensation. I declined. I placed a dispute and Trinovisuals and I mutually agreed to a partial refund for the screen for 307.83 and they agreed to send me the proper screen material for a 100 acoustically transparent screen and the light kit. The dispute was resolved on April 6th, 2020 the company has gone completely quiet and has not sent me any updates or tracking information about the proper screen material or the led kit. I have sent them numerous messages and they have been completely unresponsive.
