I was worried about this because the reviews are mixed. (Jan 2021) The product is slightly better than advertised...I got a different remote to the one pictured; and it enables 4 speed modes and 4 braking strengths. Given the reviews I checked the board carefully before riding, and everything seems to be present and working. Day 1: I went a mile, then tried a 25 degree hill. The board wasn't happy about it, but I was a bit hesitant, and am also a fat bastard, but we made it up there. On the return journey the brakes worked fine coming back down and the ride back was comfortable; the board taking textured pavement and the odd smallish pothole with ease. I'm happy with it so far. If I had to criticize anything, the throttle and brake are a bit abrupt, so it's difficult going a speed that isn't full throttle. The braking is progressive (it starts off gentle, brakes harder until you stop). This again, makes it quite difficult to keep a constant speed. Happy so far.
My second electric offroad skateboard and I love it! Very good quality! Nice design, high torque bldc motors. The trucks are great and the belt pulleys also. This came with belt protector, I am very happy! Seller is great! It came for 3 days after payment. Very fast shiping! THANK YOU!
