Avoid purchasing this product from the seller. Being cold and dismissive, the seller is unhelpful in assisting me to track the lost package and insisted it has been delivered despite without providing any local tracking information nor proof of delivery. I have contacted my local post office and they couldn’t track anything with the tracking information provided by this seller. Absolutely disappointed with the seller’s response and handling of this issue. Extremely dodgy, avoid at all cost.

Unlike the product images for sale, they all ship for the iPad 2020 model. I feel bad. The seller says that the package says 2018-2020, so just use it. Edit your sales image. Why do you have to check and buy the iPad 2018?
