M for 5'8" / 142lb / 173cm / 64.5kg. Fits well / closely, perhaps made for a slightly more triangular torso than this 53yo bod. Good quality. Better materials than the usual polyester - stretchier. Better cut - more panels, longer sleeves. Better detailing - placket and zipper guard, zippered pocket with sweat guard, silicone grippers at bottom. A few minor gripes: the printing seems a little low resolution, would be good to have more variety in colours, a few loose threads. The best I have had from Aliexpress - clearly aiming to compete with more boutique makes.
