I was nervouse at first to order anything because i usually don't but my daughter really liked the items so i took the chance and bought them. I did like all the emails i was getting letting me know what was going on and then an item said failed delivery and it said to go to my nearest postal office to pick up. I live where there could ve 5 different postal offices that are closes to me. So i left a message ro seller and never saw a response. Then i was stressed out about about the little info and your fine print said if items fail its you that has to get up and get it and find it. So i thought i would have to go to every postal office. Anyways, it finally came like 2 days later. I do like the item but i was stressed out about the shipping experience and now have more items to go and hopefully everything will ship to me successfully.
