The black protection cap cannot be removed from the eyecup. Even by pulling very hard. This makes the product totally unusable! I am very disappointed about that. Other than that the delivery was very fast and product well packaged.

Item as described, fast shipping. Packing needs improvements due to scope being placed in thin carry case and packed next to metal tripod, but made it undamaged.
