Very glad we purchased this Robot, would recommend. It has been one of our most fun purchases during COVID. Everything works well so far (5 sessions, each for about an hour), and customer service is strong (nothing went wrong, but just very friendly messages along the way). It is worth noting that I received a euro plugin version of the product despite living in Canada, but found a cable I could swap in from my magic drawer of tech things you may need one day (only reason for rating the product 4/5 stars on accuracy of decription - the product image has a US/Canadian plugin on it). Other reviews mentioned flat or broken balls upon arrival, I did NOT run into this problem... though we have crushed a couple while playing (totally worth it!) I also ordered a net to catch the balls seperately (has not yet arrived but not relevant to this seller) which I expect will reduce the amount of time we spend gathering the balls back up; would also recommend that you do this.
put it together tonight, it works just fine. the machine itself at the first day of running is very ok the balls come together with the machine feel a bit too cheap that is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5
