Excellent quality! All parts in excellent condition and well packed. Everything works beautifully. I now have 3 of these shower heads and the 5 spray settings offer a great selection between narrow jet spray and wide, soft 'rain' sprays. The outer casing is genuine stainless steel covering ABS plastic. These fit Australian plumbing, although I do not believe they have WELS or Watermark certification. They are really great value compared to anything in genuine stainless steel available in Australia.
