everything is ok. this is 3watt, 260 lumen fixed zoom. do not compare with sst40 or xm-l2 10watt leds. and also do not compare with the expensive flashlights. it is working and it is good to use indoor and short distance lightning. you can use the high bright level 2.5 hours with 2000mah batteries. if you buy LG, SONY, SAMSUNG, PANASANIC, SANYO 3000-3100 mah OEM battery you can use the high bright level 4 or 5 hours. but i suggest A5-L2 sst40 flashlight for better bright light.
