I paid for a product for 88 aud after 90 days I got nothing and still waiting then i am inbox seller they sent a text to confirm they are “failed delivered”. It mean i am not received the parcel at all. But i want delivery to my business. What mean “failed delivery “ ....???? It mean i pay 88 aud for product and got none. I wrote to the store and they told me I need to go local post office and get it. It not my business. Please answer me why they not delivery at my shop? . I tried to contact AliExpress head office then they closed my case after 1 day and said” INVALID“ but i got nothing. They send me a survey they don't even bother to respond. Please be careful and watch out store name “ Venalisa” very bad like scammers
