I have tested the tool bits right away. As you mentioned 5% cobalt and HSS grade M35, I was expecting very good wear resistance. Unfortunately your tool is just "at par" with regular HSS. At this moment I do not have a spectral analyser at hand but I will perform the chemical analysis and let you know.
