I have not had a chance to have this portable EU TV tuner installed due to the COVID-19 lockdown but the item received seems good quality. The cables are included but no installation documents were supplied. I have not figured out yet how this TV tuner can be connected to the car radio I bought together. This seller is one of the cheapest on AliExpress. From the purchase to the dispatch it took roughly 10 days, the shipment via EMS was 20 days and then the delivery took 5 days due to the temporary limitations of Poste Italiane/SDA for the coronavirus. As for the EU/Italian Customs clearance I did not pay anything, the seller kindly entered 20 USD as value so there was not customs duties to pay. I would definitely recommend this seller. I will let you know if the car radio works properly when I have it installed. CIAO!!!
This seller is a total SCAM, FRAUD, call them the way you like it but your money is wasted. After paying for 3 professional car radio installers the items are not working and the seller does not reply to my messages. Items came without wiring diagram and documentation. Also ALIEXPRESS service customer does not give a damn, they say after 15 days they will not let open a dispute, they do not even understand that many countries are on a lockdown due to the coronavirus and I could not get my items installed before this short time. I will request my bank for a credit card charge back. F@CK OFF IDIOTS
