cheating in the age of quantum biology. the seller thinks people are stupid. I just replaced a 9w with this thinking it's brighter and it turned out that this is even dimmer. when I checked with my wattmeter, it turned out to be a 6W instead of 20W!!! very low quality COB LED. it rattles when you shake it. very dishonest seller. not recommended even for free
