About 1 month delivery to Moscow .Not satisfied with package, plastic covers must be 5-7 mm longer than chips. Some chips come with damaged corners . Also metallic coating not cover all the chip , you will use additional wires for interconnection. Open circuit voltage near 20W halogen bulb is 0.6 V and close circuit current 0.26-0,7 A , depends of connection place.

Cells are very thin, a couple of them had damaged corners but still work.
