I am VERY displeased with this seller! Horrible horrible customer service! When I ordered the item I chose that it shipped from the United States and it was guaranteed to be delivered by a certain date or I would receive a full refund. I contacted the seller after it wasn’t delivered by the date and they said they shipped it from China and it was they’re fault. My item is over 2 months late and I still have not received a penny back even after the seller said they would give me the refund! See the screenshots of our messages of the promises that the seller never followed through on. It was not my fault that the seller messed up shipped it from China instead on the US and they are not standing by their promise on their website that I would receive a full refund. Now I’m out $43
I have also opened a dispute And AliExpress declined it. Horrible customer service on they’re part as well.
