It was supposed to be a quiet air pump but the noise it doing is unbearable

Good quality heavy duty product, not like other cheap productions available on the market. Make sure you order correct liter amount for your needs, the flow can't be adjusted. Maybe a lamp dimmer would do to regulate the pump, but I am not sure if this may cause damage. If it's OK, maybe seller could provide a cheap regulator cable as an extra option.
