The product never arrived my address, but still AliExpress and the seller refuse to refund. The reason for their refusal is that I have not showed evidence of the product not arriving. They do not acknowledge that it is impossible to prove that something has not happened. Very disappointing, it is the last time I will use AliExpress!

Very nice box, works well. Other complain no room for dryer material, but they fit perfectly in the center as the roll rolls on the outer edge. Very good product and arrived well packaged and working right out of the box. Simple user interface, did not need a manual. Your prints will improve!
