Good shorts, bought for my 2 year old daughter but they are still a little bit long, which I don’t mind. The waist looks like it will fit her. Fabric is soft. I am not completely sure if it’s 100% cotton but it doesn’t feel like a sticky fabric in warm climate. I recommend to buy, the fabric print is really cute
