Construction seems a bit flimsy (all plastic bar one nut/bolt), though precise (no rattling... yet...), and the suction cup surface finish was horrendous (see pix), but given the A119v3 weight I dont't anticipate it falling apart or detaching from windshield/window. Just don't overtighten the screws.
