I'm not sure yet, for me the rosin content is a bit high, but it sais "Strong Activity" so what do I expect :) I will see how it perform for BGA reballing. I made my usual test, put two pieces of solder on a non cleaned PCB and heated it on 260°C until the flux start to burn. After it was cool down I remove the flux with isopropil alcohol.

Here are some more feedback, after reballing some GDDR5 memories on videocards. I really like it, it is not smelly and doesn't bubble much, stays active for a long time and easy to clean off. This is my new favorite flux for BGA rework.
