I booked color 12 a dark reddish brown and I received color 20 which is a kaki beige light brown. Seller only accepted partial refund although mistake is totally not coming from me. He could accept total refund only if I return the wrap and pay for parcel which is totally unfair
I have booked dark brown number 12 and seller has send me light brown number 20. He doesn’t even accept full refund unless I pay for parcel return which is not fair as mistake is not from me. I already have many light brown wraps and I needed this dark one...
