The item was shipped fairly fast. Note for buyers the item is not new at all. I don't think it was the shipping that caused the issues of the item, but the box was practically falling apart when I got it. The figure inside also has a lot of scratch marks on it, especially on the hair where the paint is starting to fall off. I was hoping to have a higher quality item since this is a gift for a very good friend. So buyers just be aware that when you get the item, it might not be as good of quality as you might think.
