the mouse arrived safely. well packaged and everything seemed fine. I installed the driver software as per instructions and followed everything. the mouse lights up beautifully. the issue I faced though is that it seems the mouse won't light up according to the settings in the light profile I created for it. this is not permanent though, it works fine while using windows and surfing the web.. but the moment I start a video game the mouse either freezes on a random color that it chooses. or it starts to randomly switch parts of the profile I created (in my case it would replace part of the green a s blue gradient I made and light yellow or red instead.. eventually turning the whole thing red or purple).. I asked the seller for help but they didn't believe me and asked me to download the driver which I already have.. so I guess I'm stuck with a lemon.. and I'm not sure if this is a mouse hardware thing or a software thing.. sigh.
