Took 75 days to arrive and items are damaged due to poor packaging

It's unclear why I bought it with a lid if it's not me needed, so I paid for the delivery and the product came in a bad package with defect at lid. Why not just glue the tape to the lid.Because now J buy witout Lid.Please cauton.Thanks
