The steamer looked very sturdy in the pictures, but the material is really thin and flimsy. Also, the different components did not fit on top of each other. Besides that, the product was not packaged properly (not in a sturdy box, but in some bubble wrap plastic) which caused it to be dented on arrival. Disappointed, because I really needed a steamer like this. I'm trying to get a full refund at this moment, since the product is unusable. I'll update this review the moment they accept or deny my refund. (FYI, it took 3 weeks for the product to be delivered here in the Netherlands.)
