This is my second attempt to get these sensors. The first order, 8008212422215371, on Tracking Number LO667544986CN was shipped on 23 Dec 2019, took weeks to get to Australia, then it was mysteriously returned to sender the day it was due to be delivered, 3rd February 2020. I have yet to get advice regarding refund. I re-ordered with express delivery by DHL on order Number 8010738139545371, and the sensors arrived promptly, but at near double the cost because of the DHL freight charge. So far I have "paid" nearly 3 times the price of the sensors. Please advise with regard refund for non delivered order 8008212422215371.
