The item delivery is faulty. Dispute was raised as refund. Somehow do not know how the seller change it to return & refund. I already paid the shipping fee. Is not the item classified as "Product not as described", is the item is faulty. can some one help to guide me how to bring it up to Aliexpress. The seller is very dishonest.
